Installation#
Install AiiDA in the most simple way that should work on most systems. Choose this method if you are new to AiiDA and simply want to try it out.
Install AiiDA with full control over the configuration. Choose this method if you are an advanced user or you want to optimize the setup for your system.
Preinstalled environments#
Instead of installing AiiDA manually, there are also solutions that provide an environment with AiiDA and its requirements installed and pre-configured:
AiiDA provides a number of Docker containers that come with the batteries included. This is a great option if you are already familiar with Docker.
Quantum Mobile is a Virtual Machine for computational materials science. It comes with AiiDA installed as well as several materials simulation codes.
